Server Software

This site is hosted at Tripod for free. Until the school gives us some real webspace, please deal with the pop ups. Or use a better browser.

Web Standards

Web standardardization is slowly becoming more important in today's Internet and standardization was the main reason behind the redesign of this website. This website's layout was created using XHTML for content and CSS for layout and design. There are numerous advantages to using such a design. To learn more about web standards and why they are important, please visit the Browser Upgrade Campaign website.

If the Mini Baja website looks miserable in your browser, shame on you for using a non-standards compliant browser. You should upgrade to a current browser, mainly Safari, Netscape Navigator 7+ (R.I.P.), Internet Explorer 5.5+, Mozilla or any one of its offspring (Thunderbird, Chimera, etc.). The site will look as intended and everyone will be happy. I know that for some odd reason, the site looks horrible in IE/Mac even though it is considered a standards compliant browser. I figure everyone on the Mac platform will use either Safari or Chimera. Please forgive me, I'm an engineer who considers web design only as a hobby ;)
